NHE PTA 5th Grade End-Of-Year Pool Party Celebration

Let's celebrate the end of a successful year of 5th grade as our students prepare for all of the amazing things ahead in middle school and beyond!

Who: 5th Grade NHE Students

What: Boogie Down Broadgreen Parade and Pool Party

When: 5/22/2026 at 11:30 A.M. and 12:00-2:00 P.M.

Where: Broadgreen Drive in Westchester Subdivision and Westchester Clubhouse (14703 Chadbourne Houston, Texas 77079)

In order for your student to participate in the complimentary 5th grade pool party, this form must be completed (authorization, waiver, and medical release) and electronically signed in all required areas by Friday, February 27, 2026. 

Please note that all students will be administered a swim test by certified life guards upon arrival to the pool immediately following check-in per Sweetwater Inc., Westchester Clubhouse, Nottingham Elementary School, and PTA requirements. As a safety precaution and to ensure a fun celebration for all, only students who are able to swim independently without supports will be permitted to enter the pool. Students who do not know how to swim are still very much welcome to attend the party and enjoy the festivities!

For the comfort of all attendees, we kindly ask that students arrive in swim attire that are modest, age-appropriate, and suitable for a school-sponsored event!
