The 2025-2026 school year is officially here, so complete the PTA Big Form today to secure your membership, the birthday and/or graduation marquee, and Knighthood Fund donation!

When you complete the PTA Big Form (or, the Back-to-School Packet), you'll select the following: 

1. Purchase your annual PTA Membership for each family member (parents/guardians, students, etc.) for $15 each
2. Purchase your child's Birthday Marquee shout-out for $25 each
3. [5th Grade Only] Purchase your child's Graduation Marquee shout-out for $25 each
4. Submit your family's annual donation to the Knighthood Fund. You can donate any amount, but the following are our official sponsorship levels:
   • Bronze Sponsorship | $250
   • Silver Sponsorship | $500
     
   • Gold Sponsorship | $1,000
   • Platinum Sponsorship | $1,500
   • Diamond Sponsorship | $2,500
